Privacy and Fee structure and policy

Lenders here offer no cost and low fee options on any mortgage loan products. Each lender makes full notice and disclosure to any client, all advantages and disadvantages of fee's such as discount points and origination charges if they apply to desired loan program.

Loan disclosure
You will receive full written disclosure pertaining to any loan option you elect quote or scenario for. All disclosures: Fees charged in conjunction with loan, third party charges, or rate adjustment charges will be made available for your review within 24 hours of you providing necessary information to accurately pre-qualify your loan request.

Rate Quote.
Any rate or payment quote provided in writing will remain as initially disclosed. Any subsequent charges to interest rate, fees associated with loan offer, or changes to payment and loan program based on unforseen circumstances, will be provided in written pending your authorization before proceeding with mortgage process.

Privacy
Each company adheres to a strict privacy policy concerning your email address, phone number or any other personal information associated with your request. Your information in not shared with any third party for any reason.
